You can contact us by calling, emailing or writing. All details can be found on our page. You can also fill out a contact us form. If you email or write, we aim to get back to you within 1 working day. If you choose to call us you may get through to the relevant person if they are available in the office, if not our customer service team shall take your details and email the relevant person in which they shall attempt to contact you as soon as they are available.
We are always happy to provide our advice and opinions whether or not you are an existing client. We have publications we can send you about various works, industry advice and about us. Our customer service team are always happy to answer any questions you may have.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. Clients are more than welcome to make appointments to come and visit us. Refreshments are available and if you are lucky, there may be pastries on offer.
These hours are also when our telephone help desk is open for you to make telephone enquiries.
We do offer an emergency out of hours service. The telephone help desk is open outside of our office hours and shall forward to the relevant person depending on the telephone call. Registered telephone numbers shall forward directly to the contract manager so if you have a contract with us you shall be forwarded to the correct person with ease. Should the relevant person not answer the telephone in time, please leave a message stating clearly your name, your property, your telephone number and your query. A voicemail shall be sent to the relevant person and they shall get back to you as soon as they can. All non-contracted clients shall also be forwarded to a customer service advisor who can help. If nobody is available to answer, please leave a message in a similar fashion to the contracted help desk where a member of the team shall contact you at the earliest possible time.
